God of knowledge

1 Samuel 2:3
Talk no more exceedingly proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed.

Vs22 and it came to pass,the beggar died  The unbelief of the rich man placed Lazarus in the same position as the prodigal son (willfull rebellion) Lazarus was doing what the law commands. The rich mans unbelief has the power to kill. The Word of God describes starvation as the worst way to die.
