Cuz if you look at this any woman with pro-abortion beliefs, basically is saying that she is the target and an active participant and open sex with the answer being termination of any life that comes from the dead act so it's far  deeper than being marriage material you don't need marriage if you just having sex with everybody under the sun . The downfall is the law itself was not contested until overthrown,beaten back thrown down because what it did was established something contrary to God's word. And we find that over in Titus
