Shooting people in the back -lie manifesting 
Shooting strangers-manifested lie
Shooting children - sowing a new lie
Breaking covenant -the work of a lie

That which is not true has taken root.
                            A lie
An attempt to deceive through the channel of falsehood. All falsehood contradicts the truth.
EXAMPLE -Scriptural lie
LIE- There is a sickness unto death.I say not that you should pray for it.
TRUTH - 1John 5:16
