The majority of people that die every day do so because of unbelief.Or are killed by someone or something set in motion by unbelief. Vs22 and it came to pass,the beggar died  The unbelief of the rich man placed Lazarus in the same position as the prodigal son (willfull rebellion) Lazarus was doing what the law commands. The rich mans unbelief has the power to kill. The Word of God describes starvation as the worst way to die.
